honestly i dont trust those 5000 dmg cuz the dl oh who is supposed to deal 4500 dmg sometimes only does 1500...it's very uncertain thing those "granted skills"
You must've checked on an add. Adds have divine resist and that's why it only does 1500. On the boss itself it will never hit under 50% of what it says

I'm regretting bidding on the wand now:/. The more i use it the more disappointing it becomes. as mentioned above it hits no where near 5k dmg. and seems to actually lower my dps compared to my shadow firebolt skull.
