I think the same, nothing against Swan as for me shes very nice (some may think shes mean just because theres no tone in writing) and knowledgeable, when i visited Crom i found Swan and as a random visitor it was very nice to meet her, but her knowledge is far more effective as a guide, although she can do the same as a mod the rank might mislead new players who need help and would have prob ask Swan for it as a guide.I'll explain better, i think her knowledge will be better spent teaching new players (as a guide) then responding to "Please move this post." or "Please change my name."
