If your wondering why so many topics/threads turn into fights, then why do noobs post questions about clan wars and all the comes with that. What do you expect when you ask about clan wars? You will be told both sides, which may be confused with a "fight".

So, he asked a question, and now he is a noob? I'm pretty sure it was a fair question, no need to bash people over such small things...

No fighting here, arachnid is a very passionate writer on the forums and gives his all defending whatever clan he's in ( see his previous posts) and my comments are based on talking to long term members of danu, listening, danus history and general observation. Im not bashing arachnid or ascension and I don't think arachnid is bashing me or kudos , we are just airing opinions.

Fair enough, but he still insulted Eiji for no reason, Eiji is level 80(2?) and would probably not know these things, it was a fair question. In no way was he bashing ascension/kudos, so how could he be defending his clan?

He isnt a total noob to the concept of the game or its mechanics, but when it comes to top tier clans he know very little. Therefore it is completely understandable if he wishes to ask a few questions. But some questions arent so simple to answer in a few words.
When posting questions concerning top tier clans, you will always be greeted to both sides of the arguement. This commonly leads to fights. Also we are on Danu, so rivalry and anger come naturally to us players.

To redirect the OP's question back on course, id like to answer it in its most simple form...
"Has Danu been shrouded by clan wars?"

No

To justify: Clan wars come and go. It only shrouds the weaker of the clans. All people not in these clans are not affected in any way, shape or form. Go about you normal day. The most recent clan war is between Kudos and Ascension. Id be kidding myself to say it was anywhere close to war standards atm.

If you are asking if Danu looks shrouded from another server/world's point of view, i cant help you there.

BTW... Before anyone jumps up and asks,

And I respond with, "Because the top 2 clans are the ones who kill bosses my friend. The top clans are what every dedicated player strives to join. They are important. Clans that don't kill bosses are useless. They move and change the economy and are responsible for bringing boss loot for the whole of Danu (involves killing the boss first)."

I think that most of the fighting is during boss fights and on the forums.
I go to the courtyard every so often and i rarely hear, "[insert clan name here] sucks!!"
but from my friends i hear that behind the scenes and at bosses, thats where the hate happens.
I play solo, so i have limited info.
