This boss is simply ridiculous. It should be enlisted as a raid boss, as there is no counterplay to Magic Vortex and Focus Beam aside from a reskilled druid in every single DPS group AND a druid to heal the what better be a full EDL/XDL tank!

Please for the love of God and all that is holy, nerf this boss' AoE spells and it's focus beam! It falls nothing short of raid bosses. Hell, I would even call this guy a more challenging Hrungnir, but at least at hrungnir, you can life steal and nature's breathe the AoE attacks!

I know the AoE (magic vortex) mechanic is a popular boss tool, which is fine, but this one is simply too damn strong and excuse my language, ***!

Killed this boss with about 12 people, before any had edl...it's not that hard, use some strategy.

The boss really isn't that hard. We killed with 13 people easily. We only had two Druids, one with magic ward in dps group and breath, and then a Druid or two on tank. Like said above just gotta use some strategy

Also to add to op, you can counter both of his skills with magic ward...so...

My old clan can kill unox easy with one Druid, the Druid solo heals tank and have all melee dps in same group for magic ward and breath, ranged can escape aoe so they stand just outside, kill adds as they spawn.

Unox isn't a super easy boss but it certainly is not hard

Tell your Druids to constantly use magic ward, all the Druids on my world basically have Magic ward in their permenant setup now

Hmm I havent been on our 6* kill (ever since we havent seen another unox main, only once and reset made him disappear), we killed him as soon as we had 2 druids on 5th floor and I dont think we had a lot of ppl. His aoes are tough, but for main Id definitely ask to alt for magic ward, all our druis already use breath and some use sanctuary.

I watched a clan on my server zerg it for 15 and then for another 20 minutes after it raged. There was only a group of about 8 of them. To kill it without deaths is a challenge but get a good strategy and and it isn't too difficult.

IMO this boss does not need a nerf. Make it harder or impossible to kill after it enrages. In fact I'd be happiest if you could only continue after rage for a few minutes then BAM! a huge skill kills everyone. This goes for all bosses.

No what about the smaller clans?
When I was only geared with DL gloves and boots I was one of the best geared in my clan. We took aggy, and we could take most bosses. But when I finally got up to full dl except bp and it was our time for mordy, we almost passed. Our druid crashed as it raged.
I say nerf rage for everything. The added dmg is just too high
