1 void helm of victory/moon(both are pretty good)
1 full edl armour and weps
2 godly hrun attack braces
1 stargem ammy of str
1 godly charm of sneaky attack(ostara event)/godly sunfire poison charm(switch between using hotbar)
Or a skain bloodthorn set, either works

Cooldown reduction items don't do anything when they're not equipped

Interesting, so you're saying that by switching your cooldown charm in while skill is cooling down u can make it work?? Please explain

You cannot, if you take off charm at any time during the cooldown process, it'll add back on the time that would have been reduced

There's abit of a visual glitch I know what you are talking about when you say it adds back the removed cast time. Pretend it doesn't and click the skill anyway. It seems to cast, I also do this with a doubleshot necral brace on my ranger but I haven't tested with a sneaky attack necral band. I heard the sneaky band might not work but I can confirm the emberdrake sneaky charm definitely does

You're saying if you're sitting there with no charm (or any non cdr charm) and you swap on your sneaky charm when it is, let's say, 80% cooled down; it will now be ready to cast?

He's saying if u equip the charm and cast the skill, the charm decreases the cool down time and then u can switch it out
