Celtic Heroes

Anyone having a problem running Celtic Heroes on a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge? We have two of them in the house and both of them just hang on the loading screen.

Does clearing cache and data help at all?

Yes thats the screen. Have cleared cache and re-installed, no joy.

Hmm, we had some issues with 64bit devices previously.

I'll inform QA and see if they can do some testing

I don't have galaxy, but have had same issue. I cleared data and cache, logged into ch under guest with new toon, if that gets you logged in, then go to main menu and try logging in to your main toon. Hope this works.

Clearing cache / data and rebooting does not help. Always get stuck at the loading screen.

Are you trying to connect via 4G/LTE or wi-fi?

Always wifi, another player in the house got it to work on her S7 edge randomly today so will test and followup.

Everything is good now, required an uninstall + reinstall but all is working across two S7 Edges.
