Another way of seeing things.This is a common theme in many mmorpg. If they hand out loot too fast, with little other content, people quit as there is nothing to do. If nothing drops almost every time and only good items once and awhile then people also tend to quit. So mmorpg, especially those with little parallel content tend to have crap drops 95% of the time and 5% decent or better drops. Some even let you pick from total crap or a ridiculously tiny chance at something good.
I blame typical human psychology.
If you're going to give extremely low drop rates to void/godly items because you have a lack of resources/employees, then at least fix things like drops that no one will ever use. It's totally illogical, begs the question that OTM staff don't regularly play this game in end game, or strive to meet the needs of their employees.
Remove spring of life, and armour/resist rings from Hrung. Nobody uses any of these in Gwydion, probably the same on other servers. Don't let me get started on some of the mord bracelets.
