But also notice that even though we got chest rates, the majority of who feels like they deserve something more from spending money on this game wants to *** and complain about the rates which are being made out to be worse than what people originally had a problem with, prior to the release of rates!

did we really get the chest drop rates? Sure, theres a 20% chance for a novelty. 7% for a token. Of that what are the chances of a purple token vs a green? Who knows. How about the jackpots? What are odds of a dragon egg? 2m gold? 4k plat? Il just show you the info that vainglory has available to its players vs CH.





. As you can see VG shows the odds of each individual item and each rarity of items. I know that i have a 0.00005% chance of winning the grand prize of 1000000 ice from an epic mystery chest. I know the odds of getting an extra item from a chest. I know absolutely everything about every drop and ever single chance. Compared to what is made available to CH...

These drops chances were already known to be in that order too and the drop chances are only the fluff, the stuff we dont care about is there. Like pet tokens? Uhh okay.

I don’t mind spending money and I don’t mind opening chests. For one I enjoy the game, I’m willing to support it to help it continue and develop. The same way I don’t mind paying for my drinks in a bar or entry into a gig. I’d rather spend real cash to open chests than rely on the economy for lix etc.

However, I do think the bang for buck on the current chests is terrible. I can live with legacy mounts etc being very rare. But for stuff that’s needed in the game such as mount tokens, the drop rate is horrible. Most recent 100 chests I got one mount token. And I know that’s especially rotten luck but as someone who opens a lot of chests frequently, I know the drop rate gets worse with every new chest.

When I was a noob the chests were the Aeon ones and they were great fun to open. I got so much cool fashion and a couple mounts etc. Now I feel there’s no point opening them for anything other than lix. So guess what, I curbed my spending dramatically.

I’m fed up of fashion tokens when there’s no new fashion. I’m fed up of Oni and Demon fash. At least remove these. I literally dropped every single fashion token I got the last time I opened chests. Nobody wants to buy them. Removing recent fash and fash tokens from chests and buffing the drops of mount tokens would be a small but valuable step in the right direction.

Maybe. But it's the way it works when people spend money and do not feel they got their moneys worth whether it's with in game purchases or going out to eat and you don't feel the food was good or etc.

Yah i have, i can also for sure say i dont think the rates needs changed, ive never had an issue with chest drop rates for however long they existed. Have gotten 4k plat 3 times and atleast 7 mounta, 2 being 100%. So i so no issue with drop rates even as someone who doesnt pay money. 10$ the next comment might be “wow cool u got 4k plat and mounts no one cares.” But its just saying for someone who buys ALOT less chests than most everyone, they dont need changes.

Except my rant isnt about mounts or 4k plat, im talking about mount tokens, yes you can do bounties and take forever but along side that buying chests and getting tokens is a feat except getting a couple days farming worth of mount tokens out of a $100 and i quote “deal” isnt worth much, like i said before they’re literally throwing useless and priceless things into chests to devalue what you get.
Fuk i could get another tier 6 dragon before finishing even 1 spirit mount
