How come someone has storms touch and i dont!! I cant buy it from the vendor! Where do u get it??

you get it from a guy in the castle. he will give you a quest to get pages for him to make the spell tome. i have it and its very powerful.

perhaps you should try something richards.
play the game more, spam forums less. most of your questions on the forum could be answered by ppl in game. your useless post aggrogoth for example. no place on forums. for storms touch, ask the people you abve seen using it.
