In simple words, the regeneration rate is slower because they fixed a bug. It's just a bug that used to be good to us. New items are being considered to compensate for this, as Admin has stated.

Errrrr, I actually noticed the slow energy regen as soon as I entered the OW, not AFTER the bug fix, hence the bulk buying of lots of energy pots.LOL I bet the Admin is getting really irritated, because he's had to repeat the same thing at least 3 times.

This was aimed to most people on the thread, not you exclusively. There's no need for sarcasm or an attack: if you get it, then that's great but evidently others do not. Admin just repeated once to you and I understood your point, but he also repeated to others. I don't want to start an argument, thank you.Errrrr, I actually noticed the slow energy regen as soon as I entered the OW, not AFTER the bug fix, hence the bulk buying of lots of energy pots.LOL I bet the Admin is getting really irritated, because he's had to repeat the same thing at least 3 times.

And thanks for informing me that I now have to buy more items to compensate for it (sarcasm)

Two things tea, (they are nice, don't worry)To be fair though D0nk0 spec'ing your stats in such a way that you will spend 2+ plat a fight and then getting irritated with the gameplay and money-grubbing isn't exactly fair.
I'm not saying that the regen issues don't need to be tweaked and changed, they definately need attention in next patch. But your build and having only 5 focus is the major drawback of needing to pop those pots, and especially with the diminishing returns of all stats in effectiveness after about 300, throwing even 30-40 extra points into focus might stop the plat hemorrhage...since that was never intended for warrior to hafta do. I kinda feel like it's the stubbornness to adapt to the new system that is causing you to unnecessarily spend that kind of plat/pots per fight, not necessarily the company's business model.
Lol I'm not naive, prior to the latest patch the game /company squeezed everyone unnecessarily and led to unnecessary plat splurging, without a doubt. Leaving many to quit or take a break, with quite good reason it was riddiculous. But rather than keeping to drop 2 plat a fight, maybe spend a handful on some rebirths and experiment with a little more focus. Might save you tons of plat in long run, and rescue the bitterness from yer mindset.
I agree with you entirely D0nk0. Most people do change from dps to tank, depending on the kind of player. 2 of the people in Taranis (not naming atm) only used elixers, pots to lvl. If you want to know them pm me.Two things tea, (they are nice, don't worry)To be fair though D0nk0 spec'ing your stats in such a way that you will spend 2+ plat a fight and then getting irritated with the gameplay and money-grubbing isn't exactly fair.

First: we on danu loved the old system of potting all the bosses, call us mad, but it was enjoyable. Just plodding along chatting and killing mobs, when a shout comes out "deadroots up or shiver is up or even rockbelly is up" "how many are on?" "only seven", comes the answer! What was the result? "let's kill him, only 200pots needed!" and we all loved it every time, even with full astrial, we didn't care, it was our choice.
Second: whilst doing trees on exilars, for each 5 trees that spawn I will go through 8-10 energy (100) and 6-8 health pots (1000) times that by 5+ sets of trees and you get the full cost of an exilar whilst on a haste exilar also.
Is this my own fault? Definately, however I never used an exilar all the way to lever 85 or so before the update, and definately never used energy pots, or 1/2 the amount of health pots.
I have gone through many rebirth books, I change all the time from dps to level up to full tank for boss fights.
So the general cost as far as I see it is going up after the update, not down.
